Terms that govern
how Peon is used.

Peon is a client-account routing layer for AI agents. You create clients, assign the app accounts that belong to them, choose access and data boundaries, and connect a compatible AI.

Peon resolves the client, selects the assigned account, and returns provider results with Peon disclosures. The AI does not receive or choose raw provider connection identifiers.

You must provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your Peon workspace, including the AI agents you authorize.

Peon may suspend access when misuse, security risk, or a policy violation is detected.

You decide which clients exist, which app accounts are assigned to them, which access modes and data boundaries apply, and which AI agents may call Peon.

Connected apps remain governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Peon does not replace those providers' agreements with you or your clients.

Agent identities are revocable. Revoking one agent does not remove clients, assigned apps, access modes, or data boundaries.

Use Peon only for lawful client work you are authorized to perform. Do not attempt to bypass access modes, data boundaries, authentication, or confirmation steps.

Do not use Peon to exfiltrate secrets, harass others, disrupt the service, or operate outside the permissions granted by a connected app account.

Reads and writes execute through the exact account Peon resolves from your client graph. Consequential sends, deletes, publishes, financial actions, and account administration still require your normal confirmation before they proceed.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-prepared work before anything is shared externally on a client's behalf.

What Peon stores for accounts and client work is described in the privacy notice.

Peon may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
